Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about buying a custom fabricated home and lumber from us.

A. No, only on the mainland anywhere there is road access
A. 20’x40’. Larger is possible if we join these together, in T or L shapes usually
A. 10’ maximum. Keep in mind that each ft above 3’ incurs additional charges

A. It’s only the enclosed “box” of the house – floor, walls, roof, windows and doors (rafters and walls studs showing)
A. We have had some of our houses go through category 2 & 3 hurricanes, fairing very well! (minor window or door leaks) but would not recommend staying through a category 4 or 5.
A. No written warranty, however we stand by our reputation, and will fix or refund anything that is damaged or not working after the house is set up.
A. We can arrange delivery country wide. Cost depends on location and amount of lumber.
A. Only retail. Discounts may be given on a case by case basis
